For your convenience, this bill may be paid at our Office, by Return Mail, at the Regions or Citizens Bank, or at the After Hours Drop Box (located at the left side of the front door at City Hall). Please enclose the bill stub when paying by mail. When paying in person bring the entire bill with you.
Schedule of applicable rates, rules, and regulation are available at our office, 701 Main Street. Failure to receive Bill does not relieve Customer of payment and penalty. If Bill remains unpaid 10 days after the Gross Amount Due Date, service will be discountinued without further notice. All service turned off for non-payment will not be turned back on except during normal office hours. An applicable Re-connection Fee must be paid before service is restored. A Fee will be charged on all Returned Checks.
